To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LordBase. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexorix from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of LordBase, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to LordBase at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use LordBase will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of LordBase after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LordBase shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
